At freetvclub.com, operated by Little Brown Bear Entertainment LLC, we want customers to receive a product that works as expected. Because MagaBox devices are electronic products, all sales are considered final except in cases where the product is defective.

Please review the return policy below before purchasing.

30-Day Defective Product Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date only if the MagaBox device is defective or malfunctioning.

If your device arrives defective or stops working during this period, please contact us to begin the return review process.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund review, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• The device must be defective or not functioning properly
• The product must be returned in full, including the original box, cables, remote, accessories, and documentation
• The product must be properly repackaged to prevent damage during shipping

Returns that are missing components or are not properly repackaged may be denied or rejected.

Inspection Process

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival.

If the device is confirmed to be defective and meets the return requirements, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If the device is found to be working properly or does not meet the return conditions, the return may be denied.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for properly packaging the product when sending it back.

Once a return request is approved, return instructions will be provided by email.

Manufacturer Warranty

The MagaBox device may include a 1-year manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Because Little Brown Bear Entertainment LLC is a reseller and not the manufacturer, warranty servicing or replacement after the 30-day return period may need to be handled through the manufacturer.

The manufacturer warranty typically does not cover:

• Physical damage
• Water damage
• Improper installation
• Unauthorized modifications
• Damage caused by misuse or electrical issues

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for the following:

• Products returned after 30 days from delivery
• Products that are not defective
• Products returned without original packaging and accessories
• Products that show signs of misuse, damage, or tampering
